PRICES:  Will be supplied in the currency most relevant to the tour and will be advertised on each tours booking form and itinerary.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: As each tour utilises various service providers all deposits and payment conditions will be advised  on each tours conditions form

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommended that at time of booking you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover items such as but not limited to cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability. We will be able to assist you with this & recommend the best insurance to suite your travel needs.

AMENDMENTS/ CHANGES: Due to the specific nature of the tour, RL Experience reserves the right to change any element of the tour to another day or time without notice. If any element of the tour is cancelled by RL Experience for any reason, RL Experience will reimburse the passenger the cancelled portion of the tour. All arrangements booked for the passenger have been made on prices at the time of booking and are subject to change in accordance with advice from the service provider regarding changes to airfares, fluctuation of exchange rates, increased levies to service providers or variations in the itinerary caused by cancellations or curtailment of services or rescheduling. The passenger agrees to pay any such additional charges prior to ticketing and travel departure. Any airfares booked in conjunction with a tour are subject to the terms & conditions relating to your airfare booked.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: will be supplied for each tour as they will vary. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Items not included in the itinerary such gratuities, laundry, meals and drinks except as specified, etc are the responsibility of the passenger.

HOTEL EXTRA NIGHTS: Extra nights are available upon request for pre and/or post tour arrangements. If you would like to extend your stay just let us know & we will quote you on your package needs.

MATCH TICKETS: Match tickets are provided by the official event organisers or their agents. Information on exact seat numbers cannot be passed on before documents are sent out. Tickets purchased on your behalf to any event are not refundable under any circumstances. RL Experience accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction or misplacement of any tickets regardless of the reason

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents (where applicable) will be sent approx 10 days prior to the tour departure date.

MINIMUM NUMBERS: All tour options include a minimum passenger number.If the minimum numbers of passengers do not book then RL Experience reserve the right to change options or combine tours to fill the minimum numbers on particular tours.

DISMISSAL: RL Experience reserves the right to dismiss any passenger from the tour for any behaviour, act or acts deemed by the tour leader to be unacceptable, anti-social or offensive. The tour leader will be the sole judge of such a decision and no further correspondence shall be entered into. All bookings for this person/s will be immediately terminated, including accommodation, transport, transfers, meals, etc. No refunds or exchanges will be available for any passenger dismissed from a tour.

HOLIDAY VARIATIONS & CONDITIONS: If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make necessary changes to your holiday in accordance with operating requirements, we reserve the right to make changes, cancel or reschedule departures and itineraries. Should this become necessary we will give you reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances and where available, offer you a comparable alternative. NRL Experience is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our amendments, cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.

LIABILITY: The Rugby League Experience is a trading name of Experience Sport! Pty Ltd, a member of the Travel Compensation Fund, Licence No. 2TA5260. RL Experience is the tour operator and acts only as agents for passengers in the making of arrangements with transport carriers, hoteliers, restaurants and other service providers for the tour. As a result we cannot accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule, irregularity, additional expense or liability, sickness or death caused to any person or property caused directly or indirectly by the omissions or default, negligent or otherwise of those providing the transport, accommodation or other services in connection with the tour, or other events that are beyond their direct control such as but not limited to war, flood, fire, civil disturbances, acts of god, acts of government or other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action, theft, epidemic, quarantine, medical, customs or other regulations, delay or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedules, improper or insufficient passports or visas or other documents. This agreement constituted by the terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia.
